6-24 months old

30’ Minute Swimming sessions for babies from 6-24 months old (together with a parent) and to toddlers up to 3 years old. We help them to get use to be in the water and preparing them to enter the initial learning of swimming strokes.

Learning & Training Swimming for kids over 3 years old

With two (2) learning and four (4) training swimming levels we start with overcoming the fear of water, following with learning basic swimming stroke techniques and gradually the improvement of their speed, endurance and general their overall physical condition.

Swimming is the most comprehensive exercise for the whole body, suitable for everyone which can also help to prevent and treat spinal disorders like scoliosis and respiratory disorders like asthma.

A 5-6 week program with sport activities that help kids to develop self-confidence, social skills and team spirit as well as physical condition.

Water Rehabilitation

A Specially designed aquatic program for muscular strengthening for people with Rheumatic, Musculoskeletal and Neurological Diseases. It’s offered in groups and or private sessions.  

A High Intensity Circuit/Interval Aquatic program inspired by Special Forces military training routines. Specially designed to improve Physical Conditioning and effectively to decrease body fat.

An Aquatic program improving Muscle strengthening and metabolic improvement in order to help weight & Body fat loss.

An Aquatic program for cardiovascular strengthening and metabolic improvement in order to help weight & Body fat loss.

Private 1:1

Training sessions 1:1 for kids and adults to improving their swimming levels, fitness improvement or Rehabilitation.
